2025 Petaluma People’s Choice Awards

Challenging times in my profession, but thankfully I have a beautiful and safe space outside to continue providing my clients the best care possible. On days of poor air quality and/or extreme heat appointments will be rescheduled.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* Massage is still required to be outdoors in Sonoma County UNLESS you have a note from a Doctor. With that note I am able to work on clients inside my studio. I have an air purifier and take all precautions necessary to keep my clients and myself safe. Medical Massage is described as any massage (therapeutic, sports, trigger point, etc.) prescribed by a physician, Physical Therapist or Doctor of Chiropractic. This will be extremely important if we do not come out of this current “Stage” before winter.

Waiting, just waiting.

We are currently in Stage 2 of the re-opening phases. Massage is set to open on Stage 3 which could begin as early as June 22nd. Fingers crossed that will be my re-opening day!

Does anyone else agree that it’s extra hard to be away from your work, when your work is what you love? I promise we will return to a time when you can enter this door and relax to focus only on your mind and your body. That day cannot come soon enough for me ❤️

As a Massage Therapist, Health Educator, and Fitness Instructor; I have seen, heard and felt your all of your concerns around the outbreak of the Coronavirus. I respect and understand that everyone approaches things differently in times like these. The health and safety of my clients is of the utmost importance to me.
I have always taken steps to ensure my space is safe and clean. I leave extra time in between appointments to clear the air and wipe down surfaces. I diffuse with essential oils and wash linens with hot water. These things have and will never change.
I encourage each of you to continue to take the steps necessary to keep yourself healthy. I strongly believe that now is one of the most important times to be proactive and take care of your body and nervous system. In addition to practicing good hygiene such as washing your hands, we should all be doing things to support our immune system. This includes a healthy diet, exercise, adequate sleep, reducing stress, and of course, getting your regular massage!
