PLEASE READ — BOOKING POLICY REMINDER 🫶🏽

I’ve always tried to be as understanding and accommodating as possible because I know life happens. Kids get sick, work schedules change, unexpected expenses come up, emergencies happen — I completely understand that.

However, due to the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows I’ve been receiving lately, I have to be more consistent about enforcing my policies moving forward.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for you. I’m an appointment-based business, so I plan my workday, schedule and income around the appointments that are booked. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, especially a longer permanent makeup appointment, I usually don’t have enough time to fill that space with another client.

I absolutely understand that sometimes a client may be dealing with something unexpected financially or personally, and I never want to be insensitive to that. At the same time, I also have a family, bills and business expenses that depend on the appointments on my schedule. A last-minute cancellation may be one appointment to someone else, but for a small business owner, it can mean losing several hundred dollars of expected income with very little opportunity to replace it.

For that reason, cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows and refunds will be handled according to the policies listed above. Deposits and cancellation fees aren’t meant to punish anyone — they’re there to protect the time I’ve reserved for you and to allow me to continue running my business.

Please make sure when booking that you are comfortable with the appointment date, time, service price and policies. If you know you need to make a change, the earlier you communicate with me, the more I can work with you. ❤️

I genuinely appreciate every single person who chooses me and trusts me with their services. I never enjoy charging cancellation fees, and I would much rather have you sitting in my chair! But I also have to protect my time and livelihood, and unfortunately I can no longer absorb the financial loss from repeated last-minute cancellations.
