Life happens — I totally get it! That said, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me offer that spot to someone else and keeps everything running smoothly.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows will be charged 100%.

To book your appointment, I will now be requiring a credit card on file — don’t worry, it won’t be charged unless the cancellation policy isn’t followed.
