Some days it's important to stop and celebrate how far you've come.

I'm incredibly proud to have earned my Level 4 Diploma—an achievement equivalent to completing the first year of a bachelor's degree. It wasn't always easy, but every late night, every challenge, and every lesson was worth it.

This journey has already taught me so much, and I'm excited to share that I've officially enrolled in Phase 2 of my National Board Certification! Every step brings me closer to becoming the best coach, educator, and advocate I can be for those I serve.

Growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens one decision, one class, and one act of perseverance at a time. I'm grateful for everyone who has encouraged me along the way, and I'm looking forward to what's next.
