More exfoliation doesn’t automatically mean better results.
When you exfoliate too often — physically or chemically — you’re not clearing out anything extra. You’re wearing down the barrier that’s supposed to be protecting your skin in the first place. Redness, tightness, sudden breakouts after months of clear skin — these are often signs of over-exfoliating, not signs you need to exfoliate more.

Every client has questions before their first appointment — some just don't ask them out loud.
So here are a few of the ones I hear most, answered honestly:
Will it hurt? Only as much as you want it to — I always check in, and comfort comes first.
What if my skin is sensitive or "difficult"? That's not a dealbreaker, that's the whole reason a consultation exists.
Do I need to know anything about skincare before I come in? Not even a little. That's my job, not yours.
This is your reminder that you don't need to have it figured out before you book.

A lot of people think their lashes need to be “falling out” before it’s time for a fill. In reality, the earlier you catch it, the easier (and more affordable) the fill is. Wait too long, and you’re often looking at a full set again.

Autumn Afterglow itself is a cozy seasonal reset — double cleanse, dermaplaning, a Pumpkin Perfecting Mask with bakuchiol to work on texture and bring back some glow, a facial massage to slow everything down, and a Marshmallow Mask to finish replenishing hydration before we send you out the door with the right SPF.

A lot happens before I ever touch a single product on your skin.
Before I recommend anything, I'm looking at texture, tone, hydration level, and how your skin is actually behaving that day — not just what your "skin type" is.
That's the difference between a treatment that's picked for you and one that's just picked off a menu.

The one thing I tell almost every client, regardless of what they came in for: your skin doesn't need more products. It needs the right ones, used consistently.
Most skin concerns aren't solved by adding another step. They're solved by finally getting the basics right — cleanser, moisturizer, SPF — and giving it time to actually work.
If your shelf is full and your skin still isn't cooperating, that might be exactly why.
