Why do we have 24 hour cancellation policies?
We all have emergencies in life. To each one of us our emergencies seem like the most important thing. Imagine running a business trying to work around everyone’s emergencies….We wouldn’t be in business anymore. The world is chaotic and there is always something going on.

With that said, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy to protect our therapists. They set that time aside for you, and blocked other clients from booking. They also depend on that income to provide for their expenses and family.

We have a slide policy- if you can find someone to take your spot you will not get charged. This is a nice way to treat someone who needs a massage.

So please don’t argue and try to talk your way out of the cancellation fee. It is to protect everyone involved. We are not trying to be mean, but this policy is the same for everyone…Even if we knew you from this place or that place. It’s all the same for everyone. Thank you for listening and being respectful.

A few reminders. Please be aware you’re not going to mesh with every service provider. Every person has unique techniques and skills and personalities. If you dont like someone, let us know why and you can try someone else. Please remember, You are paying for their time, not because it meets all your expectations.
