You can’t “hydrate fascia” just by drinking more water or taking a supplement. Fascia hydration happens at the tissue level - through movement, circulation, and the chemistry of your extracellular matrix. It depends on how well blood and lymph flow, how efficiently nutrients exchange, and how often that tissue is mobilized.

That’s why manual therapy and lymphatic drainage are so effective - they help restore healthy fluid flow, reduce stagnation, and support the fascia’s natural glide and resilience.
