I’ve learned so much from them over the years and this is such a hype crew. So proud to be on this journey with you. In 2019 I finished my on boarding for services district educator. I’d been on the education team since 2016 and learned in 2018 my role was about to change. On the last day of onboarding our leaders had us write a letter to ourselves and put it in an envelope. It was mailed to us after we launched services optimization that totally changed our entire salon structure. I’ve kept it, but during the move it must’ve been put in a box and forgotten about. Tonight I came into my office just to do my lashes and my husband must’ve found it while cleaning out the garage because there it was…just sitting on my desk. I cried when I read it. Change is hard. Change is scary. Fear makes us cautious but also reminds us we are growing. To all the stylists in my district, whether you’re still with Ulta or not, know I’ve always been in it for you. I want y’all to have it better than I did starting out. I want to watch you grow and blossom. For those that have been on this journey with me thank you for being patient with me and watching me grow with you. We’ve all come a long way, but know this is my dream job and every one of you make it worth it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. For those that just got here, or are planning on being here… I got you too. We really win together.

This is why your stylist will never be annoyed if something needs tweaked after your service. Hubby and I (with over 40 years of combined experience) worked on this haircut for almost 2 hours last night. Today I styled it and as the day passed there were parts that needed some extra tweaking. So I asked Vincent to do just that.

Trust me, we want to fix it. And if your stylist makes you feel bad about it it’s time to find a new one. 😘

It was such a pleasure getting to know this crew in 4502! I hope our paths cross again Midland Texas! Thanks for welcoming me and comforting me when I got lost on a road that is a literal loop. Hi everyone! I’m a redken certified colorist and train stylists in our austin market. I’m looking for an assistant for behind the chair!

I do hair one day a week at our pflugerville location so an assistant would help other stylist in the salon. I have 2 stylists that average almost $140k in sales a year, and another that has been doing hair 20+ years. An assistant for me would learn from them as well. My current assistant just completed the program and is THRIVING!

I help grow and develop almost 100 stylists both technically and business wise and an assistant would get to work 1-1 with me. This position would allow business development and behind the chair skills to help succeed in the industry. Even though you’d work with me in pflugerville for 6 months, you’d be able to transfer to another salon if that helps your work life balance.
