Listed below is a 15 month Program

1st 90 days Intern: learning the salon, observing and assisting.

2nd. 90 days Junior Professional: Assist staff, performs support duties and builds basic skills.

3rd. 90 days Professional Operator: Begins performing approved services with supervision and start building a client base.

4th. 90 Days Senior Professional: Fully independent service provider.

5th. 90 days Master Professional: Experienced Operator as a Braider, Stylist, Nail Tech, Esthetician, Massage Therapist with strong performance and client retention.
