ADT Installation was never completed.
We have called in to arrange an installation- to speak with management/ supervisor- with no success. We are absolutely disappointed and will remove the ADT system.

We are a small women owned business that needed security.
We set up adt in June & we still do not have a complete system.

And!! You are charging us for everything. We never used the cameras & we hade been billed since June.
We paid $850 for a magnetic lock to be installed but adt can not make it work?

I technician came on Tuesday -was there to look at the alarm panel. He had no idea We need a final installation for the magnetic door. And our cameras / motion are not connected.
(A $59 charge was assessed for the service visit!!!)
He called a manager, they of course said they would get back to us. No one did.
I called yesterday to the Horsham office as he said I should contact that branch.
The agent said a manger would get back to me. 100% - they will call to address the issue.
Now one called.
We are exhausted & beyond frustrated.
I'm sick of complaining/ calling.
I truly can not believe no one in this company will follow through.

Finally - We made a call to a local security company.
It's obvious we must move on.

I am so upset I could cry. Why would this company just not follow through???
