After graduation, she completed the prestigious styling program at Adolf Biecker, followed by an intensive two-year assistant training program, building the advanced technical skills that define her work today.

Shaina has a special passion for blondes, hair extensions, and women's hair toppers, helping every guest achieve natural-looking hair that enhances their confidence. When I acquired Pileggi in June 2020, my goal was to honor the salon’s legacy while building its next chapter. This recognition means so much because it celebrates the talent, education and dedication of the incredible team I have the privilege of working alongside every day.

Together, we’ve worked to recapture the legacy of a Philadelphia salon established in 1975 while continuing to elevate the experience for today’s guests. From customized gray coverage and dimensional color to balayage, highlights and blonding, everything we do begins with a personalized consultation and a commitment to maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.
