This is my secret 🤫 to my weight loss.

Prepping these EASY, 5-ingredient, Tasty, Healthy Chicken and Cheese Burritos

The recipe was inspired by an Instagram creator

It makes 12 burritos! 🌯
249 calories. 29 grams of protein each! 🙌🏽

Like and Save 📌 to try it for your self!

INGREDIENTS
32 oz of ground chicken, seasoned to your liking
12 tortillas (I use mission whole wheat carb balance taco tortillas)
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 cup of cottage cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix chicken and cheeses in a large mixing bowl.

Put a half of cup of the mixture onto the taco tortilla.

Repeat 11 times and place the burritos on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the dishes.

Let them cool off then wrap them up in aluminum foil.

Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 3 months.

Some of y’all are scared to dream.

What you should fear is fear itself.

Fear is not real. It’s anxiety. It’s your imagination playing out the worst possible outcome.

Tell your imagination to play out the best possible outcome. That’s right you tell your mind what to do, don’t let your subconscious run you!

Or better yet, feel the fear and go for it anyway. Don’t let it stop you.

You’ll probably land somewhere in between but you’ll be a step closer to that goal than you were before.

I lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks. 🤯 Steal my strategy 👇🏽

On April 21, I was 214 pounds.

Today May 31, I am 202 pounds.

That is 12 pounds in 6 weeks. 🤯 By the way, this is the fastest you can lose wright and still be healthy.

And I’m just getting started 💃🏻

Here are the top 3 things that I am doing ✨consistently ✨ that is responsible for these results.

1️⃣ Cooking my meals myself / eating at home

2️⃣ Walking 30-50 minutes, 3-4 times a week

3️⃣ Eating high protein meals every day

I am so happy with my results and I want the same for you if you’re also on a weight loss journey. If you’re not, send this to a loved one who is! ❤️
