Pseudo Sue (American Pale Ale, 5.8% ABV): This is the brewery's flagship single-hop ale, brewed exclusively with Citra hops. It is known for being a well-balanced, hazy pale ale with intense aromas of grapefruit, mango, and citrus.

Seismic Sue (Triple IPA, 9.8% ABV): Described as "Pseudo Sue on steroids," this is an intensified triple IPA version. It also features Citra hops but delivers much bolder notes of mango, orange, and pineapple with a significantly higher alcohol content.

Cyber Sue (American IPA, 7.2% ABV): A more recent addition, this beer moves away from the single-hop formula by using a combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. It is often described as more of a crisp, clear West Coast-style IPA compared to the hazier Pseudo and Seismic versions.
