It allows businesses like mine to rent a chair to a stylist. Barbershops have been allowed to do this for years. Rhe big companies such as Salon Suites have been doing it the last few years, they've seemingly found a loophole that is pretty much glorified booth rental.. I've had stylists come to my salon asking to rent a chair , I have to say , no , because I don't want to break the law. I appreciate it if you can take the time to do this.!
