The joy, the joy, the joy! I intentionally left the audio in this video because her excitement for her makeover was everything that I had needed to end my work week!
We often always focus on our clients reactions to our work, but we don’t talk enough about the fulfillment that takes over inside of us due to their reaction. It was such a good reminder for me because sometimes I get lost in the translation of being a Hair Stylist and it being so routine that I often forget this Wow factor.

She was beyond pleased and so was everyone else! Y’all hear my team in the background along with other clients rooting for her and letting her know how good she looks and this is us on an everyday basis we are a Salon family! 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Part 1 of my beautiful Client transformation! I’m so proud of her because she is a woman who does not play about her hair and wants her hair laid at all times!!…. We consulted and let her know she had to stop getting a relaxer and color for a few months and she was serious and determined to achieve this outcome. Was it hard for her…yes but was it worth the sacrifice, absolutely!
