THE SEASON OF RENEWAL

There’s something beautiful about October.

The trees don’t fight to hold onto what they’ve outgrown. They change, they release, and somehow they become even more beautiful in the process.
I think there’s a lesson for us women in that.
Growth doesn’t always mean adding more. Sometimes it means letting go, resetting, and giving ourselves permission to begin again.
And your skin is no different. After months of summer sun, heat, travel and outdoor activities, October is the perfect time to shift from simply maintaining your skin to repairing, renewing and rebuilding it.
