This past Saturday was a beautiful reminder that rain can’t stop education, connection, or good energy. 🌧️✨ Despite the weather, we gathered for an intimate and impactful experience centered on understanding the body more deeply. Participants explored how sleep patterning, massage care, and nutrition work together to support overall wellness—not as isolated pieces, but as a connected system. The conversations were thoughtful, the questions were real, and the energy in the room was grounded and engaged. It was truly a pleasure collaborating with Michelle Mahmood on this event. The synergy, intention, and shared commitment to education made the experience even more meaningful. Looking forward to the next one — rain or shine. 💙

Thank all of you who have been here for a while, I greatly appreciate your support. I also want to mention those who have joined this page over the past couple of weeks, you do not go unnoticed.

In this time I have experienced life doing life things but I took that as a sign to pivot and grow. Luckily, I read that sign correctly and decided to listen to the Divine Guidance being given. Listening to and obeying that Guidance isnt always easy, it's just worth it.

I want to share a link of what more of the interactive aspects of community is going to be. This platform will facilitate more community engagement and participation and I look forward to it growing and benefiting its members.
