I pride myself on not having clients sit in the salon for hoursssssssss. It works because I have systems in place.
No extra people ! I don’t have a waiting area on purpose. The goal is always to come in and be service at your appointment time. Every chair in the salon is a service chair.

Late policy is active
Bring earphones or earbuds that way you can listen or talk on your phone in privacy. Talking on speaker or scrolling with the volume up is insane.
