At this point in life, I’m learning to let go of everything that doesn’t align with my minimalist goals.
And if you know my baby girl… you KNOW she has a LOT of hair. Thick, full, and beautiful—so much so that even cutting off 2–3 inches felt like nothing 😂
But a couple years ago, I found a rhythm that changed everything:
One day to take her hair down, detangle, and deep condition (overnight when life allows)… another day to wash, prep, and style her into braids she can wear for the week. Then I refresh, remoisturize, and braid her back up into a style that can last up to 2 weeks (because let’s be real… life be lifing and sometimes it goes past that 😅). Finally I repeat the process all over.
Simple. Intentional. Manageable.
That became our version of minimalism—not less care, but a routine that flows with our life instead of overwhelming it.
Now I’m focused on applying that same mindset to everything else 🤍✨

After a long week, I told myself…
“I’ll just clean after my last client tomorrow.”
Then tomorrow came… and right before my **first client walked in**, I came downstairs and saw *this*.
Life lesson:
Clean the small mess while it’s small.
Because when you let it pile up, the job becomes **bigger, more stressful, and more time-consuming**.
The same rule applies to life, business, finances, and even our thoughts.
Small discipline today saves you from a big cleanup tomorrow.
