It’s official! I’m now certified in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymph Drainage 👐🏼

This training was a doozy, but so interesting and informative! Be on the lookout in the next month or two for MLD offerings in my practice.

It’s pretty cool! The super slow, deep (yet broad) strokes are great for regulating the nervous system. 🧘🏽‍♀️

I offer this as a stand alone service in 60 or 90 minute lengths, or mixed with Therapuetic Massage in “North Meets South” for 90 or 120 minutes!

Seriously blown away by how much Thai massage is in Eastern Europe! I guess it makes sense given the proximity to Thailand, but how is this just starting to become more mainstream in the US?
