So...... three months later.

I don't take many pictures of myself but this is my hair at now shoulder length.
I will say three months ago, it was not this long.

*While I only use the oils I make, I also take a multi vitamin along with fish oil and magnesium*

It is known that magnesium helps with hair(Google)
But.... even with my vitamin routine, my hair was not this long a few months back.

Now....... the true test......

Well.....
Three days ago, I did a thing.
And while I'm still quite proud of my all my experiments(fails and successes), this one..... THIS ONE..... is a BEAUTY!

Day 3:
Hair is softer.
Less hair shedding.

I can't speak on growth just yet, but the feel and health of my hair has improved.

It's still early, but so far..... this may be the ONE.

There's a new oil here.....lol.

A lesson I learned in 2022 but again in 2024.
Once you fix you, you will be fine everywhere else.

I had some good blends. I have more bad ones.
I gave up, started over, and gave up again.

After years of ups and downs.....I decided to try at it once more.
And boom!!!!
Lol! I have it down!

This is a different Birthday.
Very bittersweet but humbling and thankful to have a new year.

There's so much I could explain but I won't. (I don't share the truly personal on social media.)

After the year I had before this, to begin with the mindset I have and the healing I am doing is a blessing. And I'm thankful to God and family for it.

It took some harsh realizations about myself and where I was to get here, but I'm here. And I am healing on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
My birthday request:
If you are not helping me while I'm healing myself, you have to leave me alone.

I'm not asking anyone to heal me. It's my responsibility to do the healing. However, as I'm healing, there has to be an mutual understanding.
Don't expect me to stop my healing journey to heal your drama, nonsense or selfishness. I can not. I need to heal in all four areas of my life.
I'm not asking for your world to stop so you can help me. So don't ask me for stop healing for you to be happy.
We all have a obligation to find our peace and happiness without disturbing others' journeys in life. And I ask that mine is not disturbed either.

I am not asking for much.
I'm not posting my CashApp. I'm not asking for gifts. I'm not asking to be spoiled.
While I'm healing, be what I need while I'm healing.
A listening voice. A hug if you notice a tear on my face. A pat on the back if I'm in my thoughts too long.

That is what I need in my new journey.
And if you can't be that, it's okay. It really is.
There are people who be for those who need materialistic help.
There are people who can only provide the help they can control. And that's okay.
I don't need that kind of help while I'm healing. That also means you can't be around me while I'm healing. Simply put.
Let me heal and be a decent person as I'm healing. ♥️

The results we(my daughter and I) have experienced using it has been wonderful so far!

Our hair is thicker and I have noticed growth and softness as well.

Over the past year, many things have changed for me.
I had loss.
I had a health scare.
And I'm living life in a different way.

The ONE thing that hasn't changed:
The way I love and the one that I love.
And that will never change.
I have grown; understanding that life happens for all and we are just trying to navigate through it.
However, I have landed and made my love choice a long time ago.
There is nothing greener than .
And as I heal, I will continue to water and love him.

And while many of my oil infusions give results, this...... this one.
I'm so proud of this one!

Even after my surgery, I continue to stay true to my natural hair life and I'm so happy I did.

My daughter's hair has gotten thicker and my hair has as well.
Softer, more manageable, less frizz.
Just amazing results so far!
