This is a fast-paced, vinyasa yoga flow class with modifications for all levels. You will be led through 50 minutes of power vinyasa, followed by 10 minutes of a sound bath meditation. Prepare to build heat, dive deeper into your practice, and unwind to a new state of relaxation.

Rescued from a pregnant mama last winter, born right in my basement (yes, I delivered them).
