Dear Clients,

We would like bring several key updates to your attention, that will be effective Jan 1, 2026.

We are so deeply thankful for your loyalty and appreciate the trust you have placed in us. You are more than just clients to us you are family. We strive to give relaxing, thoughtful and high-quality services. Due to rising cost of our products we have made the necessary decision to adjust prices on select services. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to invest in providing the best services as possible.

CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING:

You will be charged 50% of the service if you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment. To maintain our schedule with fairness, rescheduling is permitted twice, after that there will be non refundable cancellation fee of $25.

To book your next appointment a non refundable deposit of 50% of your scheduled service is required. This will be taken off your balance after the service is completed.

Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will be treated as a no call/no show & you will be charged the full price of the service. You will be required to pay in full before booking any future appointments.

LATE POLICY

To ensure we service clients in a timely manner we ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. After a 10-minute grace period, an additional $10 late fee will be applied to your total price of service(s). After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & treated as a no call/no show (see policy). You will be required to schedule a new appointment. If there is an extreme emergency, exceptions may be made to ANY of the above policies.
