Well, all...I'm going to have to step away from teaching yoga. Due to the recent seizure, I lost my license for 6 months, which will make it impossible for me to maintain a schedule. I thank you for allowing me to help you find your flexibility, balance, and strength in whatever small way I could! ♥️ Namaste 🧘🏼‍♀️

My apologies...We may need to cancel yoga until further notice. Unfortunately, I got life flighted Saturday after having what appeared to be a seizure at Weis! If they deem it a seizure, I can't drive for 6 months! I'm currently still in the hospital awaiting tests. I will keep you posted once I know more. (My life just keeps getting better...)

The injection has me functioning, but I am not permitted to teach yet. I will need to cancel Saturday and Monday, leaving only next Saturday as the only remaining class in July.

I'm currently in the ER for my back, so I need to cancel class tonight. I will update on upcoming classes as I learn more.

Next Wednesday's class (7/17) will be canceled. I got into the spine dr for my injection! Hallelujah!

I'm so sorry to do this last minute, but I have to cancel tonight's class. I got held up at work and am just now leaving Clearfield! See you Monday! July's calendar is in production!

I have our ball schedule for the week (I think!). Monday, no class. Wednesday, normal time (@5)

Class will be cancelled Monday, 6/17. My daughter's first All-Star game is now scheduled for that day. I hope to see you tomorrow!

A tournament has been added on 5/25, so yoga will be cancelled that day.

We only have 2 scheduled classes this month: tomorrow and 5/20. 😫
