Ally is a certified Physician Assistant and founder of .whole.health (located in PA) who brings an integrative, root-cause approach to wellness and aesthetic medicine. A 2021 graduate of the University of Florida, Ally spent four years practicing in urgent care, where she saw firsthand how conventional medicine often manages symptoms without addressing what's actually driving them. That experience inspired her to pursue advanced training in integrative and functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

At Drip Wellness, Ally focuses on helping patients look and feel their best from the inside out; including hormone optimization, medical weight management, IV nutrient therapy, and personalized wellness plans. She takes the time to understand each patient's full picture, using comprehensive lab work and individualized treatment to help restore energy, balance, and confidence.

Ally believes the best results come from treating the whole person, not just the symptom, and is passionate about partnering with patients on every step of their wellness journey.

Ally will be seeing patients in person or virtually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment.

This work out itself was Michael’s favorite workout to do, which at the time referred to it as “Body Armor”, hence the 20 pound vest or body armor as part of the workout prescription. So, every year CrossFitters synonymously around the world pay special tribute to lieutenant Murphy by joining together and suffering through this work out.
It is important to remember that The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allow us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor Lieutenant Michael P Murphy SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive
