Hey friends! Here’s another question we get a lot in store about wig color and here’s a teaching moment from Jon Renau :
Human hair will always appear warmer, lighter, and with less contrast in the blend than its synthetic counterpart.
WHY? Alternative human hair is an organic material, meaning it has warm-toned underlining pigments ranging from red to yellow, making the tone reflect warmer & lighter throughout!
Knowing this, you may want to consider going a shade darker in human hair vs. synthetic.
