For people who know what to do but still can’t follow through. Most personal development focuses only on mindset.

I help you break survival patterns using mindset work, nervous system regulation, and energy healing so real change finally sticks. But if your nervous system still feels unsafe…
and your emotional energy is still carrying old patterns…

change doesn’t stick. That’s why so many intelligent, self-aware people feel like they keep repeating the same reactions in life, relationships, and work. My work

You probably don’t need another nervous-system tool.

You already know about breathing, grounding, tapping, pausing and walking away.

But knowing the tool and being able to access it while you’re triggered are two completely different things.

That gap is where so many self-aware people start blaming themselves.

You know what you “should” do. You may even help other people do it.

But when your own protection pattern takes over, all that information suddenly feels a million miles away.

You don’t need more shame, and you probably don’t need more information.

You need somewhere to practice. To build capacity. To use the tools in real life until the new response becomes more accessible than the old one.

That’s exactly what I’m building inside The Alchemy Circle™.

Not another place to collect content and quietly fall behind.

A place to practice, integrate, connect and keep doing the work together.

You cannot shame yourself into becoming someone you trust.

Shame takes something you did, a way you reacted or a pattern you keep repeating and turns it into an identity.

I messed up becomes I am messed up.

I reacted becomes I am an angry person.

I abandoned myself becomes this is just who I am.

And once the pattern becomes proof that something is fundamentally wrong with you, you spend all your energy attacking yourself instead of understanding what’s actually happening.

Acceptance doesn’t mean excusing the behavior.

It means being able to say, “Yeah, I did that. I’m responsible for what happened. But this pattern is something I learned, not the truth of who I am.”

That’s where transformation becomes possible.

Because when you stop asking, “What the hell is wrong with me?” you can finally get curious about what the pattern has been trying to protect, what keeps activating it and what you actually need to practice instead.

You’re not broken.

You’re patterned.

And patterns can be changed. 🖤

This is part of my recent conversation with MomNation. I’ll leave the full episode below

I’ve spent the last couple of days going deep into my childhood and teenage years for podcast interviews.

And while I’ve done a lot of work around those experiences, talking about them still stirred some s**t up.

Not because I’m back there.

Not because I secretly haven’t healed.

Because healing doesn’t mean your story suddenly carries no emotional weight. You can be proud of who you became, inspired by how far you’ve come and still feel sad for the version of you who had to live through it.

My body felt activated afterward. I was emotional, exhausted and struggling to focus.

So instead of judging myself for not immediately jumping back into work, I moved. I breathed. I let my body process some of what my mouth had just spent hours revisiting.

That’s regulation too.

It isn’t always sitting perfectly still and breathing until you feel calm. Sometimes it’s shaking, rocking, pacing, stretching or letting the energy move instead of demanding your body shut the f**k up so you can be productive.

Healing isn’t proving that nothing affects you anymore.

It’s noticing what’s here and knowing how to stay with yourself while it moves through.

One of those deeper conversations airs September 20 on the Chase Your Dreams podcast. 🖤

“Who are you and what makes you who you are?”

That question was harder to answer than I expected.

Because I could tell you I’m a mom. A wife. A business owner. A Shadow Alchemy Guide.

But those are the roles I hold. They aren’t the whole of who I am.

I’m someone who has worked really f**king hard to become a person I can trust.

Someone who has learned to accept who I am while getting curious about the stories, beliefs and survival patterns I picked up along the way.

And I’m still becoming.

There are always new layers to uncover. New shadows to meet. New identities asking to be embodied.

I don’t think we’re supposed to reach one final version of ourselves and call the work done.

This is a small piece of a much bigger conversation about where I came from, what I survived and who I chose to become.

The full episode of Chase Your Dreams with Meek Ve La Luz airs September 20. 🖤

You already said no.

But now you’re rereading the message, worrying about how it sounded and writing another paragraph so they’ll understand you’re not mean, selfish, difficult or mad at them.

Pause before you hit send.

Put the phone down and say your boundary out loud in one clean sentence:

“I’m not available for that.”

“I’m not comfortable with this.”

“That doesn’t work for me.”

Now ask yourself:

Am I adding information they actually need or am I trying to make them approve of my boundary?

Because those are not the same thing.

Sometimes context is helpful. But if they already understand what you said and simply don’t like it, another paragraph probably won’t create understanding.

It’ll slowly turn your boundary into a negotiation.

Notice the urgency in your body without automatically obeying it. Give yourself 60 seconds. Feel your feet, look around the room and let the discomfort exist without immediately trying to fix how someone else sees you.

Self-trust in this moment isn’t feeling completely confident.

It’s allowing your boundary to remain a boundary even when someone may not like it.

This is the kind of moment we work with inside The Alchemy Shift™ the space between knowing what you need and abandoning it under pressure.

The Alchemy Shift is available now. Details are in the first comment.

Transformation doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it’s five seconds in the middle of a trigger where you realize the old version of you is about to take the wheel…and you choose to pause.

Not perfectly. Not without emotion. Not because you suddenly became calm and unbothered.

You just created enough space to choose who you want to be next.

That’s The Moment Before.

And every time you catch it, you’re teaching yourself that the pattern isn’t the only option anymore.

This is the work underneath The Alchemy Shift™ not becoming someone who never gets triggered, but becoming someone who trusts who shows up afterward.

Some days sovereignty looks powerful as f**k.

Other days it looks like deciding what actually matters, doing that, and refusing to punish yourself for being human.

The goal was never to become someone who never struggles. It was to become someone who doesn’t abandon herself inside the struggle.

This is the kind of shift we practice inside Alchemy Shift. Because knowing you should “give yourself grace” and actually knowing how to lead yourself through a hard day are two very different things.

Your mind can turn a tone, pause, facial expression, or delayed response into an entire story before you’ve confirmed a single fact.

This reframe can interrupt the spiral.

But if your mind repeatedly assumes disconnection means you did something wrong, there is probably a deeper belief underneath the interpretation.

Maybe

“I’m responsible for everyone’s emotions.”

“Conflict means I’m about to lose connection.”

“If someone is unhappy, I’m not safe.”

The quick reset helps you catch the moment.

The deeper work changes why your mind keeps creating that meaning in the first place.

That’s the kind of work we do inside The Alchemy Shift.
