Hey 👋🏼 there! The fam and I went hiking ☀️ This was the first I’d say longer hike I’ve done since having my babe a year ago! I felt strong and weak all at the same time! The part that made me feel strong is I have been working out for the past couple months 3days/wk and if I hadn’t been doing that I don’t think I would have made it long on this one. The part that made me feel weak and like I still have work to do is towards the end my lower back started to cramp/spasm... the body takes a big toll after childbirth and it reminded me that I am still a work in progress and I need to strengthen my core more!
