This ones for my homies. Home-blonders that it. You know who you are; either you have no time, no energy, no cash. Maybe you love doing things spur of the moment, maybe you get bored easy..

-Starting with the obvious, that beautiful shade on the front of the box? That's not what you're going to end up with. Realize that it only applies to virgin hair - which you don't have and accept that you're leaving this one to the fates!

1. Breakage, breakage and more breakage - Also known as the chemical haircut, the uneven lengths you'll be rocking when your severely damaged hair begins to break off.

2. Over-processing areas you can't see - The stylist can see the back of your head but you can't. That matters if you don't want over or under-processed patches.

3. Spending even more money at the salon - After you spend money on box dye your first treatment doesn't work, you buy another box? Then another - just trying to get it to a shade you can live with. Shelling out even more money with the oils, treatments and conditioners for the next year.
Then you cave and go to the salon - someone needs to deal with this situation!

Life is stressful enough, even though you know you look good!

It feels like Spring because of all the rain we’ve been getting in Arizona, plus a little chilly today. This weekend we’re supposed to have some nice weather which calls for some outdoor exploring!🐾🕵🏼‍♀️
Good chance to get outside since our complex has closed our pool. 🚫

Who’s a hugger?

Did you know there are actual health benefits to hugging? It can lower your blood pressure, improve your sleep and stimulate the brain’s memory receptors. Babies can actually have diminished growth and development without physical contact which tells me we are biologically designed to hug!

It’s totally ok that it’s not your cup of tea.😉

For me, hugging is such an important part of connecting with people. It makes sense because my “Love Language” is physical touch.
