Under The Son Construction

A small part of the job we been on. The bathroom was falling in, walls, ceiling and floor. So we gave it a much needed face lift.
“Complete transformation “

Some subfloor work we just completed. There were a lot of issues with the previous subfloor. We went in demoed certain sections of the home, added seals and new floor joist. We also had to re-level and add blocks to properly support the weight. We also had to re-level and fix multiple door jambs. Once that was completed we Installed Advantec subfloor. It turned out great.

If you have any issues with subfloor or anything else around your home, give us a call. No job to big or small.

Some before and after of a big job we recently done. Made a lot of changes to this beautiful home. The homeowners loved it and so did we. A lot of time and effort went into this job to make sure it was exactly what our clients wanted and we made it happen.
