Sooooo…I had another MRI and it showed more tearing despite the PT and recommendations. So I’ll be going into surgery on July 30th for a repair to my supraspinatus tendon. It’s torn 80% through. So I’ll be out for an undetermined amount of time. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. I love you all and thank you so much for your understanding while I try to figure this out!

So I had my shoulder surgery today!! I’ll be out for a bit but hopefully I’ll be able to come back full force real soon! I’ll update ASAP!

Update:
So I’m still not fully back in the swing of things…but I am taking limited appointments. I will only be booking for the week I’m in or coming up to. So please be patient while I figure out how to work with my arm without causing it to flair up. I cannot do thick or super long hair yet. But I am doing basic grey touchups and short highlight appointment. I also have a private room! So I can also offer Brazilian waxes and, of course, brow waxing services! It’s strictly brunch time for appointments for now. So nothing in the afternoons. Text to book, and no new clients yet. I still have my regulars to catch up on. I have a list and if you would like to be added to the list, I will gladly do so, but I will work you in as you contact me, but it will definitely not be quickly…

I just wanted to post an update for everyone who’s following, but as of right now, I’ve had to close my books until I can figure out what’s going on with my arm. I’ve had an x-ray, and I’m doing some physical therapy. The next step is to do an MRI and see what’s going on. But over the past few weeks/months I’ve had more and more restricted use of my right arm. Now, I can’t even go 15 minutes to an hour without pain during an appointment. I’m hoping to get back to work soon! So I’ll definitely update you along the way!  AND, I’LL make an announcement once I open my books again 💖💖
