Lamb’s Daily Bread

Please share

The Pearl River Pantry was refilled today, and it seems to empty almost as quickly as we fill it. Please join us in praying over this pantry—that the food reaches those who need it most and that God continues to provide for every hungry heart and home.

Each day when I sit at my desk, my heart is filled with gratitude as I’m reminded of what God has entrusted me to steward. What an incredible honor and joy it is to serve Him in the ways He has called me.

God can use an ordinary life in extraordinary ways when we are willing to say, “Here I am, Lord.” I never want to take His calling for granted. I am humbled, grateful, and deeply honored that He chose me to be His hands and feet in this season of my life. May everything I do always point back to Him and bring glory to His name.

“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”
John 1:29

Pearl River Pantry has been restocked! Thank You, Jesus, for always sending the right people at just the right time. We are so grateful for every helping hand and every blessing that makes it possible to keep serving our community.

Our Pearl River Pantry is located on Church Street, right in front of the new splash pad.

We would like to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Lisa Gust for her incredibly generous donation to Lamb’s Daily Bread.

Lisa truly has a beautiful soul. To know her is to love her, and we are so grateful for her kindness, generosity, and heart for helping others.

Thank you again, precious lady. Your blessing will help us continue blessing so many others. To God be the glory!🐑

With a grateful heart, we have a wonderful update! My husband came up with the idea to replace all the brackets on our existing pantry, and it completely fixed the problem. What a blessing!

We want to sincerely thank Sunday Kind of Love Bakery for so generously offering to pay for a replacement pantry. Since we were able to repair the one we have, we would much rather pour those funds directly back into filling the pantry with food for families in need.

God always seems to send the right people at just the right time to step up when we need them most. We are so thankful for every helping hand, every generous heart, and every person who believes in this ministry.

To God be the glory! 🐑

God always shows up and shows out!

Our Picayune Pantry, located at 4 Plantation Oaks Dr., has been refilled once again. Thank You, Jesus, for always providing, and thank you to every person who uses their serving hands to help make this ministry possible.

To God be all the glory!

It was heartbreaking once again to pull up to our Slidell Pantry and find that the repairs simply did not hold. At this point, the pantry needs to be completely replaced.

When Sunday Kind of Love Bakery heard of our need, they stepped up and graciously agreed to purchase exactly what we need. We will be replacing it with the same style pantry we use at our Picayune location, which has stood through some pretty harsh weather and has never once leaked.

I simply could not leave today without restocking the pantry. The door is currently leaned against it because it will no longer stay in place, so I’m asking you to join me in praying specifically that the rain holds off and that every bit of this food makes it into the hands of someone who truly needs it.

Our Slidell Pantry is located at 2002 Faith St., across from Calvary Christian School.

God continues to provide exactly when the need arises. To God be all the glory. Have a blessed day.

Please Note that our new Pantry cabinet will be ordered on tomorrow and will take a little bit time to put together. I will do my best to try and keep the one there now weather permitting.

Update on our beautiful girl. Our prayers worked they always do.

The Picayune Pantry, located at 4 Plantation Oaks Dr., has been restocked!

Our little library is also doing fabulous and was filled with children’s books today. And I spy a little Star Reader surprise waiting for someone special!

So grateful to see both bodies and minds being nourished in our community. To God be the glory!
