Welcome everyone! I have 15 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012.

I opened up my business in 2017 (same office as Dr. Liddle at Powdersville Chiropractic) I specialize in Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release Therapy! I specialize in Deep Tissue (don't let this word scare you, it helps significantly!) & Trigger Point Therapy.
-Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains & sports injuries. It involves

A question many people ask: ⬇️
How many sessions until my body starts to feel the positive changes from massage therapy? 🤔 💆🏼‍♀️
It's all about how consistent you are with your massage therapy sessions.
Everyone's experience is unique, but many of my clients report being able to feel improvement in their bodies after just their very 1st session on my table. After your 1st initial session with me, your body will feel less tense, your range of motion is better, & although you may have pain that hasn't gone away yet - you will be able to feel that it's significantly reduced.
Maintenance visits are key! 🔑
Even just getting a massage once a month is considered as regular maintenance. When you keep up with regular, consistent massage therapy sessions, you'll experience that the pain you were feeling before, is no longer constant. The body moves more freely without restriction. You're no longer managing discomfort -you're maintaining balance. With regular massage therapy sessions, you will notice that your muscle tension doesn't build as quickly. That those constant annoying aches you had start to fade. The reason your body feels more at ease between sessions, is due to your
fascia being highly adaptive. Consistent practice can lead to longer-lasting changes, helping you refine movement patterns & support structural integration over time.
If you're new to what exactly FASCIA is..⬇️
Fascia is a web of connective tissue that runs through your entire body, surrounding muscles, organs, nerves, & blood vessels. Think of it as the framework that holds everything in place while also helping your body move & function smoothly. ☺️

Each customized session is designed to address your specific problem areas, targeting the deeper layers of muscle tissue to facilitate the release of knots, all while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. Deep Tissue massages do not necessarily have to be painful to be effective. It is worth noting that every Licensed Massage Therapist has their own distinct techniques and approaches to sessions, resulting in a unique experience each time. As professionals, we each have our own specialties and areas of expertise. That being said, it is important to acknowledge that just because you experienced one thing with another Massage Therapist doesn't mean you will experience the same with the next. My prices have stayed the same for almost a decade. I try my best to keep it affordable for all. Taking care of your body should not mean you've got to break the bank just to get your body back to the balanced state it should be in.

HAPPY FRIDAY &
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND EVERYONE! ❤️ 🤍 💙
💥Don't forget to schedule your July Massage! Did you know that whenever you're on my table, your nervous system is working diligently behind the scenes. It's finally receiving the signal to transition from 'survival mode' (fight-or-flight) to 'restoration mode' (rest-&-digest). As this shift occurs, your breath naturally slows down & your muscles finally receive the 'all clear' to release the tension they've been holding all week. This physical recalibration enables your entire body to regain its equilibrium.
