NADA is a standardized 5-point auricular acupuncture protocol originally developed in the 1970s at Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx for people going through substance withdrawal. It has since expanded into behavioral health, trauma, stress, disaster response, and other community settings.

Shen Men
- Calms Shen
- Anxiety, agitation, restlessness
- Supports sleep

Kidney
- Traditionally associated with fear, willpower, reserves
- Grounding/supportive

Liver
- Traditionally associated with anger, frustration, tension
- Used within the protocol for regulation during withdrawal/recovery

Lung
- Traditionally associated with grief and “letting go”
- Historically important in the development of the addiction protocol

Community Acupuncture + Swarovski Crystal Ear Seed Workshop

💎 Join us for a relaxing evening of acupuncture, ear seeds, and a little sparkle!

Each participant will receive 20 Swarovski crystal ear seeds, along with an ear map, instructions, tweezers, and everything you need to continue using them at home. We’ll learn about auricular acupressure, how to locate common ear points, and then practice by applying ear seeds on each other.

After the workshop, settle in for a community acupuncture treatment designed around the transition into fall and the “sick season” ahead. Our treatment will focus on supporting the Lung and immune system, strengthening the body’s defenses, and helping you feel grounded and prepared for the colder months
