We understand that life happens! If you’re running late, we do offer a 15-minute grace period.
However, please keep in mind that your late arrival does not extend your appointment time. Your massage will still end at its originally scheduled time so we can stay on schedule for the rest of our clients.
For example, if you book a 60-minute massage and arrive 15 minutes late, your session will be 45 minutes, and the full service fee will still apply.
