Self caring today! Steaming is one way I escape the pressure of walking/being in the masculine energy. Here, I find myself, I release everything that is no longer needed. I create new feelings surrounding the thoughts I want to manifest. I think, I cry, I pray and set new intentions. Here is where I kill my ego and invite my inner goddess to come forth. THIS is what I have been missing, this feeling of just being and marveling at my feminine being. 6 days last week, I was DOING, today I will simply BE. I will move with ease as I allow spirit to plan every minute of my day and indulge in each minute to love me unconditionally...breath. 👑

The timing couldn’t be more perfect! I’ve been finding that I have been gravitating toward clearing my under active throat chakra. Surprising to some, I don’t really vocalize my thoughts/feelings as much/well as I can until someone pi**es me off. Mostly bc ppl don’t care as much as they claim. I realized it’s not healthy so I take steps daily to heal. Sundays class is greatly anticipated as I have been experiencing throat issues, lossof words/hoarseness/no desire to talk.
