This is one of my favorite dishes...spaghetti squash/Italian sausage casserole!!!! It's so yummy πŸ˜‹!!!

Recipe:
-cut 1 spaghetti squash in half, drizzle with evoo and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper
-bake flesh side down for 35 to 45 minutes, set aside and let cool then use a fork to string the flesh and make noodles
-brown 1 package Italian sausage in skillet along with diced onions, add mushrooms πŸ„ and 1 can Hunts pasta sauce
-in a casserole dish spoon a layer of spaghetti squash, a layer of meat sauce, a layer of spaghetti squash and a layer of meat sauce
-top with a layer of mozzarella cheese and a layer of parmesan cheese
-bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and golden

Dinnertime...chicken/feta chopped salad...yummy, quick and simple!!!

Recipe:
-season 2 chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
-bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes
-boil 3 to 4 eggs
-chop romaine lettuce and iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces
-chop tomato, red onion, cucumber πŸ₯’ ,eggs
-chop chicken πŸ” breasts into bite-size pieces
-throw everything into a big bowl and toss
-top with feta ( or your favorite cheese πŸ§€) and favorite sugar-free dressing

***my favorite salad dressing is
Vinegar and oil

Dinnertime...baked artichoke chicken πŸ”!!! Easy, quick and simple!!! Sooo delicious, too!!!

Recipe:
-place 2 chicken breasts in a casserole dish
-mix together in a bowl 1 can drained, chopped artichokes, 1 can green chilies, 4oz cream cheese (mi rove to soften), 6oz parmesan cheese and garlic powder
-pour allover chicken covering it
-sprinkle extra parmesan on top (can also sprinkle ground pork rinds, rit, crackers, etc)
-bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes

Dinnertime...steak and shrimp fajitas!!! Theses were so delicious πŸ˜‹ and really easy! I like mine extra burned πŸ”₯...I actually place my order at Mexican restaurants by saying "when you think they're burned, burn them some more"...lol

Recipe:
-thinly slice 1 onion and 1 green pepper
-slice 1/2 of 1 tomato in crescent shapes
-fry all three until desired (burn) or tenderness
-fry 1 package stir fry steak
-add the onion, tomato and pepper, then follow the directions on a packet of fajita seasoning and add to skillet
-add deveined, tail off shrimp 🍀 to the skillet when the steak fajitas are about 1 minute from being done and stir around

***serve with caulirice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and salsa

Dinnertime...blackened tilapia with leftover stuffed mushrooms and steamed broccoli πŸ₯¦!!! This was so easy and delicious!!! Season tilapia (I get mine frozen at Wal-Mart) with salt,pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay blackening seasoning...then bake at 425 for 17 to 20 minutes. I used leftover stuffed mushrooms (recipe on previous post) and steamed some broccoli πŸ₯¦ in the microwave in my Pampered Chef Steamer. Easy and yummy!!!

Dinnertime...Mighty Spark queso fresco and jalapeΓ±o turkey burgers with Tabasco and crab-stuffed baby portobellos!!! It's got such amazing flavors, a true burst in your Mouth!!

Recipe for burger:
-sprinkle extra garlic powder, salt and pepper on turkey patty
-bake at 425 for 30 minutes
- carefully tear off 2 full leaves of lettuce and lay them across each other
-spread mustard, mayo and tabasco on top of lettuce wrap then add turkey patty, tomato and diced jalapeΓ±os
-fold bottom then each side (like a burrito)
***use toothpicks to secure if necessary

Recipe for mushrooms:
-(lowcarb stuffing) broil Sola or any lowcarb bread till golden the cut the bread into cubes and moisten it with a little chicken broth
-roughly chop some crab and add it
-add Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sage to a bowl
-wash, pat dry and take the stem out of each mushrooms πŸ„
-add the mixture to each mushroom cap
-bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes

I love stuffed banana peppers!!! They are so simple, versatile, quick and easy!!! You can always add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and seasonings to the cream cheese mixture!

Recipe:
-wash banana peppers and pat dry then spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt
-mix 1 block cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped parsley or cilantro and paprika together
-bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes alongside the Quseo chicken

Dinnertime...Queso chicken πŸ” with cream cheese stuffed banana peppers!!! This so good and easy and lowcarb! You can also switch the banana peppers up by using your favorite ingredients!

Recipe:
-put chicken breast or tenders in buttermilk, milk or evaporated milk πŸ₯› in a ziploc baggie and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight
-once marinated sprinkle chicken πŸ” with taco seasoning , salt and pepper
-place chicken in a baking dish
-drain1 can of Rotel tomatoes and chiles
-pour 1/2 can over chicken
-pour 1 cup of queso cheese (white or yellow) over chicken
-pour the rest of the Rotel over chicken
-sprinkle 1 cup pepper ja k/cheddar cheese on top
- bake at 375 for 35 -45 minutes

Lunchtime...baked Garden vegetable chicken tenders (they taste just like real chicken πŸ” and lowcarb), toasted some Keto Zero Carb bread, baked thet Green Giant Veggie cauliflower hasbrown with the chicken πŸ” tenders for at 400 for 18-20, added some, added some sugar-free BBQ sauce with sliced tomatoes,lettuce and pickles....yummy!!!

Cream cheese/bacon stuffed banana peppers

Recipe:
-deseed the banana 🍌 peppers and slice down middle
-mix together cream cheese, bacon,garlic powder
-bake at 425 for 30 minutes then broil until a golden brown

Spaghetti Spaghetti 🍝 squash with green onion/cream cheese πŸ§€ baked banana peppers

Recipe:
-cut spaghetti squash in half, sprinkle with olive oil and bake face down at 425 until fork tender
-fry Italian sausage and add to Hunts canned spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and some fried onions
-use a fork to shred the spaghetti squash boat and add sauce to top

Recipe:
-microwave 1 block cream cheese until softened
-mix in garlic powder, salt ,pepper add paprika
-add chopped green onions
-deseed the banana peppers, slice down middle, add cream cheese mixture and bake at 425 for 30 minutes, then broil until golden
