We updated the computer system yesterday. There are still a few issues with the system to work out. We apologize for any issues that have been occurring with the system, timers, and beds. We are working on getting everything up to date with beds and bulbs. We appreciate all of our clients and your patience through this transition. We hope to soon have everything fixed and up to date to better serve you.

UV10 will be CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND, due to internet/computer issues. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

We’ve had a few questions about billing, so here’s a quick reminder:
Your membership is a monthly subscription (just like Netflix). Even if you haven’t tanned recently, your account will still be charged unless your membership has been canceled.

To cancel, you must come into the salon and sign a cancellation form BEFORE the 15th of the month.
