🌟 Important Update for Our Valued Clients 🌟

As many businesses face rising operational costs, I find it necessary to address some changes to our policies that will take effect on September 1st. My goal is to maintain the quality of service you expect while exploring avenues to avoid a price increase.

New Policies:

• A credit card will be required on file for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for no-shows. A fee of $65 will be applied, as per our policy.

• Preferred payment methods will now include cash, check, or Zelle. Credit card payments will still be accepted, but a 3% fee will be added for transactions.

• Clients will be required to sign a new policy form acknowledging these changes.

I appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate these adjustments. It’s my priority to continue providing exceptional service while fostering the amazing relationships we’ve built together.

Just a reminder of my NEW Schedule this is in affect. Please take a moment to review my set hours and days. My books are open for booking through December. If you would like to pre book your appointments please reach out if you have not already done so as soon as possible.

🌟 Schedule Changes Ahead! 🌟

Starting August 17th, I’ll be adjusting my schedule as we gear up for the new school year!

✨ New Appointment Hours:

• Mondays hours will be 8am-5pm

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays hours will be 8am-4pm(with the exception of Wednesday being every other)

•Thursdays hours will be 8am - 6:30pm

• Fridays: Half days from 8 AM to 12 PM

• Saturdays: Half days from 8 AM to 12 PM every other week

Don’t worry if you already have after-work appointments booked; I’ll honor those as planned!

These changes will help me maintain a healthy work-life balance, ensuring I can continue to provide the best for all of you. Let’s beat burnout together! 💪💖
