We have been working together for two weeks now.

This was his very first visit to our studio and his first experience with bungee fitness while living with Parkinson's disease.

Today, we worked through a variety of exercises focused on balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. With the support of the bungee system, he was able to move safely while challenging himself in new ways.

An important consideration was that he wears a device that continuously delivers medication through his abdominal area. Before beginning, we carefully adjusted his harness placement to ensure the equipment avoided the device, allowing him to move comfortably and safely throughout the session.

Then came the moment that made our day—when he realized he was doing squats. The smile on his face was priceless.

Moments like this remind us that it's not about limitations—it's about possibilities. It's about finding ways to adapt, overcome obstacles, and continue moving forward.
