Sacred Alignment

Had the most beautiful reiki session today. I got to connect a mama to her baby and I'll say that baby was the cutest sweetest energy to experience.

A reiki session with me is more than just aligning your energies, which is just as important, but the messages that come through for you are just as important and some times can be more healing than the energy work itself.

And that's what it's all about--alignment.

Losing people from our lives can feel hard and devastating, but its often the universes way of saying, "hey, that's not for you right now (or ever). This is necessary for your growth."

Speak and live in your truth! Don't try to be someone just to get others to like and accept you. Will it hurt when they leave, probably, but was being fake and not genuine to yourself painless? Probably not.

Accept the alignment

Developing your intuition is something you have to work on consistently and then to be able to decipher if its your intuition or anxiety is another level of skill.

Having your energy in alignment can be beneficial to helping your body be able to recognize the difference between intuition and anxiety.

Reiki can be so helpful in so many realms of your life.

My schedule has just opened up so now I’m offering Reiki and readings!

During these sessions you’ll get your same reiki energy work done and afterwards we’ll sit down and do a reading (or vice versa) on the topic of your choosing!

These sessions are roughly about 2 hours. And bundling reiki and a reading offers a discount on the price of the two!

As always I’ll still have reiki sessions and readings available individually for whenever you need!

Shoot me a message if you have questions or want to book!!

Can you do reiki during pregnancy?

Yes! And I absolutely recommend it for every pregnancy! It can help with SO many things you might be going through!

For a limited time all pregnant mamas will get $10 off their reiki session with optional aromatherapy (with pregnancy safe oils) and head and hand massage.

Energy is extremely powerful and using energy to heal and to align yourself to be the best version of you is just 😚🤌🏻

I believe rei is “universal,” but your practitioner and you can make it what you want.

Either way, life energy is the important part.
With the seasons changing you might feel, stuck, or maybe in a funk that you can’t explain and don’t know why you’re experiencing it.

Reiki sessions are a great way to move that dim col d winter energy into something lighter and warmer.

Now is the time for creation. Whether of new ideas, new habits, or new beginnings. Get your energy aligned now to create all the things you are meant to create this season!

Wrote out a couple gift cards the other day and didn’t realize until a few days later I wrote “December 2023.” 😂🙃
Good grief, I’m not sure where my brain was with that one 😂

Keep an eye out! I’ll be giving away some gift cards soon (with hopefully the correct year)!
