Coach Mike has been an athletic coach for more than 30 years. His experience includes football, basketball, baseball, track, as well as strength, conditioning, and speed instruction. He is currently coaching at De La Salle and Carondelet High Schools. He is also doing personal and group training at CMS Training. Coach Mike is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also a Association-Level USATF Certified Official, working with both the Pacific and Southern California Associations.
