Weighed myself on my brand new scale today: 323lbs.

75lbs lost.

Hadn't weighed myself in a while. Not since I thought i lost a bunch of weight figured out my scale was broke.
🤣

Went bought a new scale. Thankfully I actually did lose a few pounds. Inching toward 80lbs lost. Sit around 70 still.

Scale at home was completely wrong. Gonna have to get a new scale.

Today's weigh-in: 324lbs! 74lbs down!

My weight at the doctor today was 330lbs. Lost 68lbs. My blood pressure was 110/70.

Been in the hospital dor a few days. Doing with angioedema. Also still dealing with an injury. Had them switch me to mechanical soft diet so I dont get constipated as easily. Obviously portion control isn't a problem. Hopefully I can sneak onto a scale sometime before I leave. Not sure when that will be.

Weighed 338 at the doctor today. Ive been super sick and was dehydrated and not doing well. Ive been trying to eat and drink and regain my strength and recover. So I probably have quite a few pounds from that.

After I rebound and Im not treating myself badly, Im sure Ill get back down toward 330 and start moving toward my goals again

Gained weight for a while. Last doctor visit, I was back down to 333, with clothes on.

Today I weighed in at 331lbs!!! 3 more pounds and I will have lost 70lbs. That's 39.8% of my ultimate goal!!!!

I know its because I am slightly dehydrated but I was also working really hard physically today and about the last week. Either way, I will take it! Down from 398.
