Responsibilities

Client Experience

* Greet every guest warmly by name
* Offer beverages and refreshments
* Ensure clients feel welcomed from arrival to departure
* Check clients in and out
* Handle appointments and scheduling
* Confirm appointments and manage cancellations
* Maintain a calm, luxury atmosphere

Salon Support

* Keep styling stations spotless
* Shampoo clients when needed
* Prepare color formulas and stylist trays
* Restock products and supplies
* Fold towels and maintain laundry
* Keep retail displays neat and fully stocked

Administrative Duties

* Answer phones and respond to texts professionally
* Process payments
* Recommend and schedule future appointments
* Assist with retail sales
* Help maintain daily salon operations

Qualifications

* Friendly, confident personality
* Excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented
* Professional appearance
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Salon experience preferred but willing to train the right person
