2025’s Policy

I AM ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

1. For all hair inquiries or to schedule an appointment call or text 412-450-0729! Or message us on facebook or instagram ()
I’m located on the South Side of Pittsburgh right off of Carson St.

2. All appointments require a $20 (non-refundable) deposit when scheduling! No exceptions!
Deposit payments can be made via Zelle or I can send you an invoice!
If your appointment total is $250 or more, a $50 (non-refundable) deposit will be required!
All deposits go towards total cost of service! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in loosing your deposit!

3. PLEASE BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT!
There will be a $20 charge after 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes, your appointment is cancelled, your deposit is forfeited, and you will need to reschedule with another deposit!

4. ALL NEW COLOR CLIENTS require a consultation ; ALL LOC MAINTENANCE OR RECONSTRUCTION CLIENTS require a consultation - all consultations are $25 and will require full payment when scheduling the consultation!

5. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made using a debit or credit card, cash or Zelle! (No cash app! No exceptions)
