Day 1 of attempting to open my hips as wide as the outdoors!
I have always been flexible and being over 50 and maintaining that has been a win for me.
I firmly believe if you don't use it you will lose it & ain't nobody got time for that!
This journey to opening is not just about one day being able to do splits but more about being able to open & ground into myself.
Hips don't lie, this is where tension and unresolved emotions settle.
Stretching is important to move the fascia but more importantly hip mobility and flexibility is key to longevity.
Someone asked me how long will this journey to opening be? That made me laugh because I'll let you know when I get there!

So much of our balance—physically and energetically—begins with our feet.
They carry us, ground us, and connect us to the Earth with every step.

A few years ago, I was packing for a long trip and I had asked a friend what they think I need to bring with me because I had never packed for anything like this before.
They replied
""All you will need is your Breath"

I know now, no matter where you are or where you may be headed
