Studio Raw Elite is growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to lead a salon floor with confidence.

We’re hiring a Salon Floor Manager who loves the beauty industry, thrives around people, and can keep a busy salon organized, supported, and running smoothly.

You’ll help lead the salon floor, support our stylists and assistants, create a great guest experience, assist with scheduling and inventory, and connect with talented stylists in the Pittsburgh beauty community.

A cosmetology license is preferred, but not required. This is also a great opportunity for a beauty professional ready to move from behind the chair into a leadership role.

What we offer:
• $23–$27/hour
• 32–40 hours per week
• Consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule
