Summer of 2021 compared to current Fall 2022… 45lbs down and counting! I haven’t been perfect, at times I splurge and my methods to losing weight are a combination of several things but I do what works for me and I am happy! I love myself no matter my size but it feels amazing to be able to move around comfortably and be even more confident in myself. I started my journey in January 2022 so slow but surely I’ll get to my goal!
