Being, "Trauma Bonded" so is real. I've experienced this firsthand in Friendships, family and my past relationships. When I began my healing journey, I felt my spirit becoming weighed down by these relationships and in my alone time I realized the bond that we had shared was indeed our traumas. I sought healing and they didn't. I hungered for growth and forgiveness with myself and to those that offended me, they chose different. I centered myself, I understood that I was shedding my old skin and embracing new and change. No longer allowing my trauma to dictate my life. I severed these relationships and that stronghold, The best choice I made for ME! in making this choice I'm mentally, emotionally and physically healthier. And truly putting me first in the most unselfish way possible and it feels great. It's a never-ending process of growth over here and IM ALL FOR IT! Living my best life and you can too!

Let GO, Fear and shed those strongholds and forgive yourself and those who hurt you, I promise it's worth it.
