IMPORTANT PRICING & POLICY UPDATE

After careful consideration, I am implementing updated service pricing effective NOVEMBER 1st

For the past two years, I have kept my prices at the same rate while the cost of products, supplies, operating expenses, and the overall cost of doing business have continued to increase. I have worked hard to keep my services affordable for my clients, but at this point, updating my pricing is necessary to keep my business sustainable and allow me to continue providing the quality of products, time, and service that each appointment requires.

This is not a decision I have made lightly, but it is a necessary one for the continued growth and longevity of my business.

Please review the updated service menu before your next appointment. All color services are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, density, and the amount of product and time required.

I also want to address my cancellation policy. I have been very lenient in the past when it comes to cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute changes. Moving forward, I will be enforcing my cancellation policy firmly and consistently.

I completely understand that things happen and unexpected situations come up. However, appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows directly affect my ability to maintain my business.

Going forward, the cancellation policy will be applied as stated, without exceptions. Every client will be required to have an active card on file moving forward.

I am incredibly grateful for every person who has supported me over the past years. I value each and every one of my clients, and these changes are being made so I can continue doing what I love while building a business that is sustainable for the long term.
